*Rate included complimentary continental breakfast for up to 4 people per room.

*Additional person fee of $15.00 per room night will be added to the room rate for each additional adult (18 years or older) over 2 per room.

Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes, (currently 14% occupancy), in effect at the time of check in.

METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations for the Event will be made by Individual Call In.  Check the pacl website for online reservation information.

GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
All reservations for arrival after 4:00pm must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card.  Hotel will not hold any reservations after 4:00pm unless secured by one of the above methods.

BILLING ARRANGEMENTS
The following billing arrangements apply:  Guests are responsible for all charges.

CUT-OFF DATE
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before, 1/27/2012 (the "Cut-Off Date").
